        HM DW series Multi-Columns Distill Water Plant（WFI）


        Usage: distill purified water to get distilled water to  match injection requirements , also generate pure steam in some times.

        Suitable: water for injection (WFI), pyrogen free

        Working principle: feed purified water into tube, steam evaporator then
                                        cooling water condense it, repeatedly pass multi-column tubes,
                                        final obtain distill water.
        Structure 1: three-stage steam-water separation structure;

        Structure 2: internal spiral steam-water separation structure;

        Structure 3: external spiral steam-water separation structure;

        Quality: endotoxin content ≤0.25EU/ml; conductivity ≤1us/cm (20℃)
                      conform to USP and EU relative regulation


        Model difference:
        HM DW-III series, three  columns, three distillation effects.

        HM DW-IV series, four effects, save about 23% energy, 40% water;

        HM DW-V series, five effects, save another 20% energy, 58% water;

        HM DW-VI  six effects, save another 17% energy, 77% water (no cooling water);


        Model: HM DW- (III/IV)100, 200, 300/(IV/V)500, 750

                     (V/VI)1000, 1500, 2000, 3000,  4000, 5000.

        Capacity: at 3bar inlet steam (143℃)

        WFI: 100/200/300/500/750/1000/1500/2000/3000/4000/5000 L/h

        HM PSG series Pure Steam Generator

        Usage: use industrial steam from boiler or electrical heating to generate pure steam. It consists of feeding water pump, pre-heater

        column, tube type evaporator, water and steam separation system, defogger and control system.

        Suitable: cleam steam for the disinfections and sterilization (SIP) of solution mixing tank, holding tanks,  pipelines, water user

        points, apparatus and tools etc.
